BLEED FOR ME

Roger Rees, who's done a lot of decidedly mainstream films like The Scorpion King and that sad remake of The Pink Panther, takes a plunge in Going Under, playing a married shrink who falls in love with his dominatrix. But when she decides to quit the dungeon and start seeing him on the outside, things get complicated and weird. Well, weirder. I mean, what, she's been doing awful things to him for money for years, but when she starts dating him she expects him to be a normal, well-adjusted guy? Written and directed by a 65 year-old first-time filmmaker who also happens to be a shrink (hmmm...), it's the perfect way to help the Pioneer celebrate Freud's 150th birthday with their MindFuck series.

June 15-21. Two Boots Pioneer Theater, E. 3rd St. at Ave. A, 212-591-0434 ; 9, $9.
