Aprilia Arrest

In the afternoon of May 1, a 17-year-old man was observed operating a black 2003 Aprilia motorcycle with New York plates inside a parking garage on Fulton Street. Upon further investigation, the motorcycle the man was driving was found to have been stolen from a location where the owner -- a 52-year-old man -- had parked it on the evening of Wednesday, April 24. The motorcycle thief was arrested immediately and charged with grand larceny of a motor vehicle.
