You know it’s a good sign when you can form entire sentences from a concert’s lineup.Take this, from Cake Shop on Sunday: Casper and the Cookies burning hearts, a faulty chro- Rose Melberg mosome. Steve Goldberg, Boy Genius. The smittens [take] afternoon naps, the icicles, the drums, suburban kids with biblical names.Very truly yours, Rose Melberg.The Suburban Kids is from Sweden where apparently they love Pavement, just like me.

Bottom Line: Four days of pop bands is enough to improve the mood of even the most depressed depressives.
