A total of 4,258 dancers finally live the dream of making it to Broadway, if only for one day. The annual Dance Parade is the ultimate dance channel surf. In the space of a few minutes, you’ll see ballet, modern, cha-cha, dervishes, something called Ecstatic, house and capoeira. It’s all free and it’s all outside and plus it’s a parade so, you know, weee!
Bottom Line: Almost exactly like the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade except with less drinking and fewer shitty Barack Obama masks.
