In perhaps the most edifying development in nightlife, Chinese food restaurants are the new superclubs. In the second most edifying development, the Flashing Lights party—a dancehall electroclub extravaganza—has survived for one year and marks its birthday with a dance-in-the-dim-sum celebration featuring the original FL trio: Jubilee, DJ Ayres and Nick Catchdubs as well as special guest, British DJ Toddla T.
