What: Ring in the New Year with an allnight warehouse party and a mix of funk, soul, R&B and hip-hop sounds from The Rub (DJ Eleven, DJ Ayres and Cosmo Baker).

What: The cool kid’s New Year’s rave of choice:Trouble & Bass’ Greenpoint dance party with a two-hour open bar.

How Much: $25.

What: A New Year’s Eve panty party, because if all goes well that’s how your night will end anyway. Come all done up or already undressed—just make sure you’re clad in black and red and wearing a mask.

Who: Your hosts, party veterans Theo and Michael T, go-go dancers, club kids, DJs, hipsters and hookers.

How Much: $20.

What: A humorous night in the Meatpacking District—not just laughing at all the scarecrows slipping on icy cobblestones in stilettos.This dinner-and-a-show package (with two shows on Dec. 31) features funny guy Greg Giraldo and a champagne toast.

Who: Too-old-for-UCB types, comedy groupies and Dane Cook look-alikes.

What: Celebrate in style—old-school, show-folk style—with a night dedicated to the kind of warehouse artist party that made a nickname for the neighborhood south of Houston necessary in the first place. Come in your swankiest attire to enjoy a premium open bar, music by DJ Silky and the chance to win a season pass to the Ohio Theatre through August 2010.

Who: Drama geeks, real-estate clairvoyants, vintage party kids.

What: An all-night Bushwick dance party with an open bar. Do the Bed Bug!

Who: Mister Saturday Night heartthrobs Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter along with special guest DJ Omar S, in all the way from scenic Detroit.

How Much: $40-$50.

What: A 1950s-style beach party in the cold-as-shit dead of a New York winter. Options include dinner, drinks a rock show—or all three.

Who: Surfer Blood and Frankie and The Outs will provide live music, anyone willing to brave North 6th Street on a holiday will make up the audience.

Where: Cameo Gallery, 93 N. 6th St. (betw. Berry St. & Wythe Ave.), Brooklyn, 718-302-1180.

What: A three-stop party featuring bands, DJs and all-night dancing across the Lower East Side.

Who: Screaming Females, ARE Weapons, Talk Normal, DJ Jonathan Toubin, Josh Styles and more.

Where: Motor City, 127 Ludlow St. (at Rivington St.), Home Sweet Home, 131 Chrystie St. (betw. Delancey & Broome Sts.) and Cake Shop, 152 Ludlow St. (betw. Stanton & Rivington Sts.), newyorknighttrain.com.

How Much: Free-$15.

What: A three-stop party featuring bands, DJs and all-night dancing across the Lower East Side.
