a man was arrested for breaking into a car and stealing electronic devices. four witnesses told police that on july 21 at 1:15 a.m., they heard glass shattering and saw larry harris, 33, inside a 1998 black jeep. the vehicle was parked across the street from 10 riverside drive and west 73rd street. harris allegedly made off with a cell phone charger, gps navigation system and a credit card. he was picked up by police soon after.
