Who
says Kegel exercises are just for girls? The KegelPad for men is out, so guys
better get to exercisin’ to stay on top. Laugh all you want, but the KegelPad’s
press release had some promising benefits. Not to mention, who doesn’t want to
be better in the sack?
The
KegelPad is a resistance-based exercise pad for men, which can “substantially
improve circulation and muscle mass to a man’s pelvic floor muscles, resulting
in better pelvic floor health, prostate issue prevention, improved incontinence
control and revitalized sexual enjoyment.”
Kegel
exercises, created by L.A. gynecologist Dr. Kegel in the 1940s, are designed to
strengthen the “pubococcygeus” or PC muscles which are a series of sling-like
muscles that extend from the pubic bone to the tail bone. Having strong PC
muscles comes with loads of benefits: It can improve bladder control issues and
benefit prostate health, in addition to its sexual pros. A healthy PC muscle
may also contribute to a healthier prostate in men, perhaps even acting as a
preventative exercise to potential issues later in life, such as Benign
Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)—all the more reason for Kegel exercises to become
universal. These are not just your girlfriend’s exercises.
The
Kegel pad works like any exercise by adding resistance to the muscles. The
KegelPad exercises “are like doing push-up for a man’s PC muscle.” How very
manly. Wanna know more? www.KegelPad.com
