Yes, it's true, Captain America will soon be making a triumphant return.
In July, Marvel will be publishing a five-part series called Captain America Reborn. Ed Brubaker who has written a lot for Captain America, including the fatal shot, is writing the new series which will include illustrations by Bryan Hitch. ArtsBeat writes that “The story of his return begins in Captain America No. 600 (the series is returning to the original numbering from volume one, cover dated March 1941) which is in comic book stores now.”
