New York City usually does not come to mind when someone thinks green spaces, trees or breathable air. The city, though, does boast some of the world's greenest architecture. From hideous skyscrapers to low-income housing, the city is starting to build greener. Don't put on your hiking books just yet, but The Huffington Post has compiled an interesting list of eight of the greenest buildings in the city.
