Tonight, Brooklyn-based literary T-shirt makers Novel-T will be debuting a new line of shirts (featuring Vonnegut, Gatsby, Mr. Darcy, Alice and more) at a party at powerHouse Arena in Dumbo. There will be free beer and Cracker Jacks, dancing with the insanely talented DJ DB Wonder, a Wii home run derby, literary baseball readings and an appearance by the Brooklyn Cyclones' Sandy the Seagull.

Also at the party, presented by BrooklynTheBorough.com, Novel-T will unveil it's first shirt in honor of a living author: prehistoric Press writer Jonathan Ames. Below is a video of the redheaded wonder wearing the piece he inspired and displaying some of his impressive athletic prowess.
