CIGARETTE BREAK-IN

A witness heard a man breaking into a news kiosk on the southeast corner of Broadway and West 80th Street. On Oct. 30 at 4 a.m., a man dressed in a black hat and raincoat allegedly entered the stand and left with a big plastic bag. Police said the thief stole 10 cartons of Marlboro and Newport cigarettes and $2,000 in cash.
