DELIVERY THIEF COLLARED

steve robinson was arrested on jan. 18 for robbing a food deliveryman at a hotel. cops said a deliveryman from taco grill arrived at 240 w. 73rd st., between broadway and west end avenue, at 7:41 p.m. robinson, who was inside the hotel at the time, asked the 20-year-old deliveryman to follow him. when the man refused, robinson, 35, allegedly took out a knife and grabbed the victim's left arm. police said he took $82.90 and left the building. he was arrested later that night, according to police.
