Enforce Bike laws

to the editor:

no need for another law: deal with the miscreant ("new amsterdam is not amsterdam," july 1)! the police can easily confiscate the errant bike and the lesson will be learned. at present, the cops just ignore the situation, unlike where they and their families live.
