Fight at Beauty Salon

a woman was arrested for assault after an altercation with a customer at a beauty and nail salon. police said that on dec. 8 at 5 p.m., ben ci wu, a 46-year-old employee at the 167 amsterdam avenue salon, between west 67th and 68th streets, was arguing with a customer who was unsatisfied with the service. wu allegedly picked up a yellow coffee mug and threw it at the 29-year-old woman from englewood, n.j. the mug hit her in the arm, causing a laceration. the angry customer was taken to roosevelt hospital and wu was cuffed.
