FORGED SIGNATURES AND BOUNCED CHECKS

police said that over the course of a year, a woman forged her boyfriend's signature on his company checks. on jan. 24, the 29-year-old man, who lives on west 77th street between riverside drive and west end avenue, discovered that his girlfriend wrote fake checks totaling $28,450. the woman, 28, reportedly tried to reimburse the man with two checks from her personal account. cops reported that both checks bounced and that the couple has since parted ways.
