Free Green Building Seminar

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (NYC HPD) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) along with Council Member Gale Brewer will host a Green Building Owners Seminar on Wednesday April 24 from 6:30-8 p.m. Questions about residential, condo and co-op property energy and money-saving services, such as energy audits and retrofitting, as well as rebates and tax incentives will be answered by NYC HPD, NYSERDA and Council Member Brewer. The event will be held at American Bible Society, 1865 Broadway (between 61 and 62 Street). Reception to follow.
