by Jerry Danzig In the afternoon of Friday, May 24, a 20-year-old woman boarded a southbound 4 train at the Fulton Street station. As the train pulled into the Wall Street station, the woman sat down and began using her cell phone. Just before the doors on the train were about to close, a 14-year-old male youth with a Caesar hairstyle snatched her phone from her hand and exited the train. The woman also got off the train and pursued the young man, who fled to the northbound side, eventually exiting northbound onto Broadway. Police canvassed the area but were unable to locate the young phone felon. The Find My iPhone app was unable to locate the phone, as the device was turned off. The stolen cell was an iPhone 4 worth $200.
