a man made off with a small sum after sticking up an hsbc bank on dec. 31 at 1 p.m. police said the man entered the bank, at 2681 broadway and west 102nd street, and told to teller to "give it up," while brandishing a black gun. the teller complied, handing over bills until the robber said, "that's enough." cops said the thief ran out of the bank north on broadway with $400.
