Newsstand Heist

An armed robbery took place at a newsstand on Fulton Street. At 1:10 AM on Thursday, August 8, a man in his early 40s, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, entered the newsstand, pointed a black firearm at the face of the 33-year-old male employee, and said, "Give me the money." Police later searched the area but were unable to locate the thief. Camera footage is available of the robbery. No one was injured. The armed robber succeeded in stealing $1,500.
