No Consent

At 9 PM on Sunday, August 11, a 27-year-old woman was brought back to her home on West End Avenue by friends. She needed help getting into her apartment because she was highly intoxicated. She passed out and when she woke up at 2 AM, she found a 28-year-old man lying on top of her, having sex with her. The victim later told police that she had not given the man consent and ordered him out of her apartment. He responded, "I didn't think you'd mind."
