PET OF THE MONTH: Carmella

"carmella moved with me from st. petersburg, florida, up to new york just over a year ago," writes owner katie killary. "i worried about traveling with her on the plane, but she was very well-behaved. i, however, was not and was a nervous wreck! "she has beautiful blue eyes that turn red as the red sea when she is about to pounce on an unsuspecting victim, whether it be me, a visitor or a stray q-tip. carmella greets me at the door every day when i come home from work and gets so excited running after me into my bedroom that she sometimes runs right into the wall. she wants everyone who reads our town to know how clumsy and sweet she is!"
