It looks like De Marco’s Pizza, the Village eatery where David Garvin began his [shooting spree] that ended in four deaths (including his own), is [closed for good](http://www.nypost.com/seven/03202007/news/regionalnews/crime_scene_shutting_for_good_regionalnews_cynthia_r__fagen.htm).  Dom De Marco says he doubts his daughter, Margie, will reopen the restaurant, which closed after the March 14th tragedy. Some may say it’s for the best. That fateful day also brought another blow to the De Marco name: their Midwood location, the renowned [Di Fara Pizzeria](http://www.sliceny.com/archives/2004/01/di_fara.php), was shut down by the Health Department for nine violations, including vermin presence. Another one bites the dust in the wake of the [KFC-Taco Bell](http://www.nypress.com/20/9/informationagent/agent1.cfm) rat extravaganza.
