Bravo, the well-known guilty pleasure channel, announced yesterday that it will be premiering another installation of the Real Housewives of Atlanta on July 30. The "reality" series follows rich women around different locales as they plan charities, spoil their children and participate in epic cat fights.
The Atlanta ladies are not unlike their counterparts from New York, as they will use the show to promote their fashion lines and self-help books. One housewife (the least dramatic/most boring one) DeShawn Snow will be replaced by washed-up R&B star Kandi Burruss, a former member of Xscape ("Take off your shoes and relax your feet"). The second season can't possibly be short on drama with the cast of big personalities, including wig-wearing aspiring country "singer" Kim Zolciak and the busty, outspoken NeNe Leakes.
