Stolen Tax Return

A man's IRS tax return check was intercepted and deposited by a forger. In the afternoon on Monday, Aug. 5, a 55-year-old man reported that someone had intercepted his IRS tax return check in the amount of $4,800 and deposited the check at a bank in Perth Amboy, NJ, under the name "Edgar Cruz Cars Solution Corp." The signature used to deposit the check was forged using his name.
