Teacher Fights Back!
[While some kids are stealing from the school], others are being punished for far lesser offenses. [Dragone was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.](http://www.nysun.com/article/48704) Authorities say she was transferred from her job at Intermediate School 296 and faces investigation by the city Department of Education. As for the kid, she got a bloody nose and was taken to the hospital. Were sure she wont be talking in class again, but we wonder what good ol teach wouldve done had she swiped her purse.
