Tribeca Film Festival Rings in 10th Year

Started in the wake of 9/11 in an attempt to revitalize Lower Manhattan, the Tribeca Film Festival returned for its 10th season this year. From April 18-29, the festival dominates the Downtown area with a range of events, from premieres and after-parties to panels and outdoor film screenings, like the classic Goonies.
