Video: Theatrical Group of Anti-Fracking Protesters Interrupt Cuomo at Conference

A reader passes along a video shot earlier this week at Gov. Andrew Cuomo's "New Ideas, New NY" policy conference of anti-fracking protesters interrupting the discussions.
