Brown Sent Behind Bars
Foxy Brown is probably feeling pretty blue these days. The pregnant, Brooklyn-born rapper was [sent to Rikers Island prison ]on Wednesday, after a judge ordered she violated the terms of her probation by hitting a woman with her BlackBerry. On the bright side, at least shell keep her street cred.
Judge Melissa Jackson ordered Brown held in jail until her next hearing on September 7, at which time the judge could sentence her to up to a year in prison. Last October, the hip-hop artist was sentenced to three years probation and anger management classes for assaulting [two nail salon stylists] after she was dissatisfied with her $20 pedicure and refused to pay. Wait. Is she a criminal or just cheap? Anyway, clearly the anger management classes didnt take too well, so maybe a few months behind bars can tame The Fox.
