This morning during her appearance on "Good Morning America," Hillary Clinton vowed that she would make universal health care a top priority of her presidential administration. In fact, she guaranteed she would make it happen, [despite past failures].

"We're going to have universal health care when I'm president — there's no doubt about that. We're going to get it done,"
