The 75 Wall Residences Atop Andaz were recognized with an Americas' Property award

The Hakimian Organization recently announced that 75 Wall Residences Atop Andaz has been named a Best Mixed-Use Development in the prestigious Americas' Property Awards 2012 competition. Having received the highly commended award, the 42-story development is recognized across the continent for its noteworthy architecture, superior design, impeccable amenities and cutting-edge marketing.

"We are overjoyed that 75 Wall Residences Atop Andaz has been honored among the most iconic and revered mixed-use developments on the continent," said Ben Hakimian, founder and president of The Hakimian Organization, developer of 75 Wall. "This award is a testament to the property's unique and innovative design and seamless blend of luxury living, hospitality and retail."

Americas' Property Awards, combined with regional awards programs for Arabia, Europe, Africa, UK and Asia Pacific, form the globally renowned International Property Awards (IPA) ? the world's most prestigious property competition covering residential and commercial categories. The judging panel consists of more than 80 professionals whose collective knowledge covers the depth and breadth of the industry. The 2012 award-winners ? leading developers, real estate agents, architects and interior designers from across the world ? were recently announced during an event at the J W Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.

Designed by the award-winning Rockwell Group, 75 Wall pairs a collection of 346 luxury residences with the 253-room Hyatt-managed Andaz Wall Street hotel and high-end retail to offer the best in modern city living. The Hakimian Organization re-introduced the building in 2009 after completing a complex renovation and conversion from commercial to mixed-use.

Contemporary residences range from spacious studios to four-bedroom homes, each featuring unique finishes ? such as wood lacquer cabinetry by Italian Design Studio and wide-planked cerused oak flooring, lofty ceilings rising above 10 feet, top-of-the-line appliances, washer/dryer in every unit, and six-foot windows yielding spectacular panoramic views. Residents of 75 Wall get exclusive access to a fully-equipped cardio space and yoga studio, club room and multi-media lounge, as well as exclusive access to the building's rooftop lounge and terrace. In addition, Abigail Michael's concierge service is on-call to handle residents' needs, and the building has an onsite public parking garage.

Residents can also access the hotel's many luxury services, which include 24-hour room service and catering. The hotel, named on the 2012 Condé Nast Traveler Gold List, is also home to Wall and Water, a locally sourced farm-to-table restaurant, and Bar Seven Five. Additionally, residents can buy fresh produce, meat, dairy and delicious baked goods at the Andaz Wall Street hotel farmer's market in the property's neighboring plaza.

"The Andaz ethos is to create a personal and comfortable experience for our guests by integrating them with the spirit of the surrounding neighborhood," said Jeffrey Miller, general manager of Andaz Wall Street. "We look to provide the same level of attentive service to our neighbors and friends at 75 Wall Residences and connect them to the best the hotel and surrounding area has to offer."
