Apartment Ransacked

a 25-year-old man reported to police that his amsterdam avenue apartment, between west 80th and 81st streets, was burglarized. police said that at 11 a.m., feb. 17, the burglar broke into the apartment by busting the bottom lock. the intruder stole two laptops-a macbook and a dell-and a $500 sony video camera.
