    Ski BummerOne should never mistake the mean streets of New York for a cushy ski resort. On the afternoon of March 24, a 32-year-old man returned to his car parked outside 320 W. 73rd St., near Riverside Drive, to find that one of the car’s windows had been smashed and some $3,200 worth of ski equipment taken.

    Ram JamOne student had an anything but restful experience in a restroom recently. On March 24, a 22-year-old woman found that her bag had been removed while she was in the bathroom on the third floor of Fordham University’s 113 W. 60th Street building. Property stolen included credit and debit cards.

    ExFed PackageA package left in a vestibule proved a tempting target for a thief. On March 19, FedEx delivered a package to a 208 W. 82nd St. address. The intended recipient was not at home, so the courier left the package in the building’s vestibule. When the woman returned, the package was nowhere to be found. The contents of the stolen package are valued at $1,700.
