AUTUMN FESTIVAL

the 16th annual upper broadway autumn festival will be held on sept. 12 on broadway between 110th and 116th streets. from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., more than 200 craft persons, antique dealers and artists will sell their pieces at the festival. there will be food stations from more than 18 countries.
