two men were arrested july 23 after stealing iphones from an at and t store. the thieves entered the store on 2066 broadway and west 71st street at 4:20 p.m. and stole two phones from the display. wilfred pena, 19, and eddie hernandez, 20, tried to resist arrest. they were collared for grand larceny. in addition to the two $600 phones, police said they had wire cutters on them.
