In the afternoon of May 20, the managers of a condominium on 62nd Street reported that their accounting firm had discovered during an audit that an unknown perpetrator had removed $234,609 from the condo's account during the years of 2011 and 2012. A theft of this magnitude could give the condo board a genuine housing complex!
