Cop Gets A Beating From Teen Punk

Yesterday, [a Brooklyn high school kid brutally beat an officer before stealing his gun and opening fire], according to police sources. The post calls the attack “unprovoked,” but then goes on to report that the 16-year-old boy was just minding his own business across the street from his school Boys and Girls HS in Bedford-Stuyvesant at 10:30 a.m. in the morning (perhaps playing hookie?) when cops approached him and began questioning him. Sounds like provocation to me. So the kid tackled one of the cops to the ground, managed to grab a gun and got off at least one round. Thankfully, no one was hit. What the other officer was doing while his partner was being manhandled is not clear. The rebel without a cause is now in custody awaiting charges.
