Hoops Oops

Someone took a man's bag from a fitness facility. At 8 PM on Thursday, April 3, a 33-year-old man was shooting hoops at a gym on West 63rd Street. When he went to recover the bag he had left at court-side, he discovered that it was missing. Its contents included an iPhone and a variety of credit cards.

F-ing Thief

A man robbed a bodega at gunpoint. At 3 AM on Sunday, April 6, a 35-year-old man wearing a ski mask entered a bodega on Amsterdam Avenue and pointed a handgun at the clerk behind the counter, saying, "Give me the f-ing money!" The thug took $500 cash and fled in an unknown direction. There is no video of the theft.

Thin Air into Thin Air

Someone stole a young man's laptop from a library. At 3 PM on Friday, April 4, a 23-year-old man left his laptop on a desk in a library on West 60th Street while he went to the bathroom. When he returned, his laptop was missing. It was a MacBook Air valued at $1,200.

Riding Hood

A thief shoplifted apparel from a chain clothing store. At 7 PM on Wednesday, April 2, a man made off with 55 pairs of riding pants, valued at $4,000, at a store on Broadway.

Off His Locker

A man's locker was robbed. At 6 PM on Thursday, April 3, an 18-year-old man discovered that his locker had been broken into at a fitness center on West 60th Street and a variety of debit and credit cards taken. Fortunately, no unauthorized charges have shown up on the cards.
