Fast Burglar

a woman's apartment on west end avenue and west 83rd street was burglarized jan. 29. police said that at 8:10 p.m. that evening, the 22-year-old woman left the apartment door open when she went to the building's lobby to pick up her child. when she retuned, a $200 portable dvd player was missing, according to cops.
