a 36-year-old hell's kitchen woman reported to police sept. 1 that she had her laptop stolen while standing on the street. she said that on aug. 11, while standing on the northwest corner of west 65th street and amsterdam avenue, a man ran up behind her and stole the laptop from her hands.
