Fraudulent Charge Charges

At around noon on Thursday, May 2, a 15- and 16-year-old man attempted to purchase merchandise valued at $1,869.38 using a stolen credit card at a department store on Prince Street. The defendants were apprehended and arrested on charges of grand larceny and credit card fraud.
