Fraudulent Phone Account

Someone opened a Verizon account in the name of a 45-year-old man living on East 84th Street. At 9 AM on Tuesday, July 9, the man received a package from Verizon. When he looked inside, he found that someone had used his Social Security number to open the account without his permission or authorization.
