Hillary/New Square Involvement Revealed?

Judicial Watch has unearthed this photo of then-President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton with Grand Rabbi David Twersky of the Hasidic enclave of New Square, which they state prove Hillary Clinton's involvement in the controversial 2000 commutation of the sentences of four Hasidic men who had been convicted of stealing $30 million in government school aid.

Given the timing of the commutations and New Square's overwhelming support of Hillary Clinton over Rick Lazio in the 2000 Senate race many on the right had suspected some shady dealings between the Clintons and New Square leadership. Hillary Clinton has denied any involvement in the commutations, denials Judicial Watch now says are lies.

"A picture is worth a thousand words. These new photos undermine Hillary Clinton's claim that she played no role in the commuted sentences granted these criminals. If that is true, then why attend a White House meeting evidently set up to discuss the pardons? How did these community leaders get an invitation to the Clinton White House? The situation screams quid pro quo" said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "These new photos show the importance of releasing Hillary Clinton's other White House records."
