Judicial Reform On The Horizon?

    An apparent compromise has been developed to change the way we select our judges in New York State, according to a [must-read piece] today by Jason Boog at the invaluable JudicialReports.com

    The new system, developed after years of lawsuits by the Brennan Center for Justice would apparently replace the entirely party-boss controlled judicial convention system with a hybrid of party primaries and the old conventions.
