Missing 9/11 Tribute

to the editor: unless i missed it-and i looked twice-i could find no mention in your sept. 10 issue of the impending eighth anniversary of 9/11. we new yorkers will be scarred forever, yet as a new york city newspaper you neglected to write a word of remembrance or tribute or compassion for those thousands who died and suffered and are still suffering from the tragic events of that day, nor even a schedule of commemorations to be held around the city. shame on you.
