Add two more iPhone thefts to the growing list of cell phone snatches. On March 29, a 22-year-old female was walking eastbound on West 64th Street talking on her iPhone 5, when a man grabbed the device and fled into one of the Amsterdam Houses. Then on April 2, a 42-year-old woman and her mother were exiting a chain stationery store on Broadway when an unknown male jostled and bumped into the daughter. She then noticed that her iPhone 4 was missing, as the man fled southbound on Broadway. Police continue to look for the perpetrators in both cases and counsel cell phone users always to remain alert to passersby.
