three people were arrested after breaking into a loews theater at 3:10 a.m. on jan. 23. cops said that delonce ellsberry, 20, and johnathan cosme, 22, along with a 17-year-old, broke into the theater, at 1998 broadway at west 68th street, and stole items from the concession area. a witness called 911 and cops found the trio in the fourth floor stairwell. all three were charged with burglary.
