Our Favorite Family Event For Each Day In the spirit of springtime, this week's events reflect new beginnings and new experiences. And if you celebrate Passover or Easter, the city offers an abundance of seders and egg hunts-and we've got a few suggestions to get you started. Monday, April 2 Spirituality and Motherhood Conference at the Museum of Motherhood 401 East 84th Street 8:30am-6:30pm This conference aims to highlight the spiritual dimensions of motherhood. Topics will include conscious conception, somatic movement and healing sound, the call to motherhood and more. Please consider staying the whole day, as the conference has been divided into morning and afternoon halves. Tuesday, April 3 Digestive Adventure: From Food to Flush at CMOM 212 West 83rd Street 10am-4pm Learn all about the digestive system, from when food first enters your body until it leaves at the end. Make a flip book to illustrate this crazy adventure. Wednesday, April 4 Creatures of Light: Nature's Bioluminescence at the American Museum of Natural History 79th Street and Central Park West Before Spring Break arrives (and this new exhibit swells with visitors), we suggest you explore the phosphorous wonder with a little bit of breathing room.
