Phone Fight

a 38-year-old midtown west man fought with a mugging duo sept. 4 at 11:30 p.m. police said the man was walking on west 82nd street between broadway and amsterdam avenue when one of the muggers slapped his cell phone out of his hand. the man picked up his cell phone and ran across the street, where the mugger's accomplice chased him. a fight ensued and the victim was bit on his right shoulder. both muggers fled and the man recovered his cell phone.
