Samaritan Snatch

A woman snatched $60 from another woman's purse after asking her for money. In the evening of Thursday, June 27, a 56-year-old woman stopped a 79-year-old woman on Third Avenue and asked her for money, saying, "I have three kids, and I need money to go to the shelter." When the good Samaritan opened her purse, the other woman reached in and grabbed $60 before fleeing northbound on Third Avenue.
